How does the wallet work?
Top up any amount you're comfortable with. Sessions are billed against your balance - per-minute for live calls, fixed price for scheduled bookings and dedicated services. Whatever you don't use carries forward, no expiry. Use it tomorrow, use it three months from now.
How much does a typical session cost?
Guides set their own per-minute rate. Live sessions are priced for the working professional's budget - you only pay for the minutes you use, and most conversations run ten to thirty minutes. What happens in my first session?
Hit Connect on a Guide who's online. The call starts in under a minute. You can use voice, video, or chat - same per-minute rate for all three. Hang up whenever you have what you came for. You only pay for the minutes used.
What if the Guide isn't useful?
End the per-minute session whenever - the meter stops the second you do. If a paid mock or scheduled session falls below a fair quality bar, our team reviews and refunds. Rate honestly afterwards; that's how the platform stays trustworthy for the next Seeker.
Can I get unused balance refunded?
Yes. Unused wallet balance can be refunded to your bank account at any time - no questions asked. Or leave it; it carries forward with no expiry and will be there when you need a Guide again.
Do you offer a free trial?
Browsing is free - profiles, ratings, public Doubt Board answers, free tools. New Seekers also get complimentary wallet credits to try their first session on us.* Many Guides offer a short free intro chat too. *T&Cs apply

What does it cost to become a Guide?

How long does onboarding take?
Under two minutes. Sign in, set a rate, pick two or three topics, and your profile is live. Refine it - posts, badges, packages - later, at your own pace.
When do I get paid, and how?
Earnings land in your Amigzo wallet within 48 hours of a session completing. Withdraw to your bank anytime your balance crosses ₹100 - no payout fees.
Can my employer see I'm on here?

Do I need to be an "expert"?
You need to be two steps ahead of the Seeker. That's it. Amigzo isn't for people with courses to sell - it's for working professionals whose recent experience is exactly what someone earlier in the journey needs.
Can I decline a session request?
Yes, freely. Not every request is for you. Passing has no cost - no rating hit, no visibility penalty, no obligation. Toggle availability off entirely when you're not around.

Are sessions recorded?
No. Live sessions are not recorded, transcribed, or indexed by Amigzo. If you want notes, take them yourself or agree directly with the other party.
How is payment collected?
Seekers top up an Amigzo wallet with UPI, cards, or net-banking. Per-minute sessions are billed against the wallet in real time; scheduled sessions and dedicated services are charged at booking. Guide earnings land in the Guide's wallet 48 hours after the session completes.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Per-minute sessions: no booking, so no reschedule needed - just reconnect later. Scheduled sessions: reschedule up to 2 hours before the slot for a full refund. Dedicated services: check the service-specific reschedule policy shown on the Guide's profile.
What does Amigzo charge Guides?
A transparent, flat platform share - disclosed on every earnings statement. Founding Guides unlock further reduced rates.* No surge pricing, no hidden tiers, no opaque "platform fees". What you see is what you get. *T&Cs apply
How do I report something?
Every session has a Report button. Reports go directly to our Trust & Safety lead - no automated escalation tree. We acknowledge within 4 hours during working hours and get back with a decision within 48.
Is there a minimum or maximum wallet top-up?
Top up as little as ₹100, as much as you like. Seekers withdraw refunds to any Indian bank account; Guides withdraw earnings once the balance crosses ₹100. No payout fees. Balance carries forward with no expiry.
